The Board of Directors of the B.C. Saw Filers' Association here by gives notice that the 56th  Annual General Meeting of the society will be held at 9:00 am on the 26^st day of April, 2008, at the Prince George Civic Center, in Prince George, British Columbia, for the following purposes.

1. To receive the report of the directors to the members.
2.To receive and approve the financial statement of the society for the period ending Dec 31^st, 2007.
3.To elect directors of the society to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual meeting of the society.
4.To transact other such business as may properly come before the meeting.
