I would like to welcome all of you to attend our upcoming sawfilers trade show and workshop planned for April 20, 21,2012 in Prince George.

The venue will be held at the Coast inn of the north. There is limited space available, so book early. Please call 1-800-663-1144 to make your reservations and ask for "BC Sawfilers AGM" room block. Call by March 20th to ensure you get the reservations you require. After this date the rooms not reserved are returned to regular hotel inventory and can be picked up based on general availability.

We are busy planning a full two day show. Guest speakers, Vendor meet and greet along with our annual AGM and open forum are just some of the things to expect, plus an update on our future school program will be a focus of ours and we will have the latest information to share.

Your involvement in the past has been appreciated and without you our association would not exist. So let’s build off the momentum from last year and make every effort in coming and taking part.

A high sawfiler turnout is key for our success. We can have all the best guest speakers possible and we will strive to provide you with that, but what really makes this associations special and impactful is the one on one discussions that take place after and in-between what is said from the podium.

Problem sharing with one another has always been one of our biggest wins. You matter to the guy sitting on your left and right.

To our vendors thank you for your support. You are a big part of this association and your hard work and commitment to our trade have not gone unnoticed.

We look forward to our trade show part of the weekend with all your new items you are working on. So together I call all involved in our trade to assemble in April 2012. Knock down any door you half to in order to come. I look forward in seeing all of you and know that together we can all bring back something that will better our mills at home…
